You are invited to take part in a research study titled "Developing Leadership Capacity for Digital Transformation in Higher Education: A Framework-Based Assessment." This study is being conducted to explore how leadership knowledge, values, institutional practices, and strategic processes contribute to effective digital transformation within higher education institutions.

The survey is based on the Advance HE Framework for Leading in Higher Education, which emphasizes the importance of leadership across the dimensions of People, Practices, and Processes, and their alignment with institutional culture, strategy, and vision. Your responses will help identify current strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improving leadership capacity in the context of digital innovation.

Confidentiality and Consent

Participation is voluntary and all responses will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. The survey does not collect personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide your email for optional follow-up. Data will be analyzed in aggregate form only and used solely for academic research purposes.

The survey should take approximately 10–15 minutes to complete. You may withdraw at any time without penalty.
